STAMP Camera Privacy Policy

Introduction

By using our STAMP Camera app (the “App”), future features we develop and introduce, or our website (together the “Services”), you consent to the collection, processing and disclosure of data concerning you in accordance with this privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect our current data collection, use, and sharing practices.

Third Party Services

In addition to the Services we provide, we also use third party service providers (collectively referred to as “Third Party Services”) who operate their own Privacy Policies.

The Third Party Services we use:

Third Party SDK's (Software Development Kit) and API's

• Google Places API — provides us with the ability to provide nearby place information. This information allows the App to provide users the ability to add nearby place text over their photos. • Facebook SDK — provides us with the ability to interact with the Facebook Platform for for the collection of anonymous analytical data to help us better understand how our users use our Services and to provide advertising inside the App. The Facebook Platform Privacy Policy can be found at: https://developers.facebook.com/policy/ and the Facebook Privacy Policy can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
• Apple Analytics — (if enabled by user) for the collection of anonymous analytical data to help us better understand how our customers and users use our Services. App Analytics is covered under the Apple Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/privacy/
• Zendesk — helps us track and manage correspondence with our customers and users when user sends us feedback or questions. The Zendesk Privacy Policy can be found at: https://www.zendesk.com/company/privacy/

In order to provide you with our Services, we collect certain information from you when you use and interact with our Services.

Information we receive via our Mobile applications and the Third Party Services associated with it:

• Correspondence and communications — any other information you choose to share with us via correspondence, including but not limited to email, support requests, or social media. We use this information to understand your correspondence and respond to your enquiries.
• Location — we will collect location information based on your device's GPS coordinates, unless you configure your operating system settings to prevent our collection of location information. This allows our App to provide you with relevant nearby places information.
• Metadata — when collecting information from external sources as well as your device we may also store metadata, such as time and location information, associated with the data.
• Usage Information — we collect certain information when you use our Services, including information about your interaction with the Services, including the actions you take on the Services; and device information, such as unique device identifiers, operating system information, IP address, browser type and language.

Information we share and who we share it with

• Name, email address and correspondence — Zendesk for all enquiries directed to us via our support website and our support email accounts.
• Location — Apple Analytics, Facebook SDK, and Google Places API.
• Usage information — Apple Analytics and  Facebook SDK.

Data Storage

All application data (that is the photos you create through the App) is only stored locally on your devices and, if enabled, on iCloud. This data is never shared with any other services unless you explicitly choose to do so through the sharing options available in the App.

We have no way to access Stamp Camera application data and therefore cannot read, recover or share data for or on behalf of any person or organization.

Data shared to Third Party Services as detailed above may be stored on the servers of the associated Third Party Service.

Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect any personal information we may hold about you in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Children

Our Services are not for use by children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13, we will delete such information.

Changes to this Policy

From time to time we may change our privacy policy and although these changes might be minor we encourage our users to check this page regularly. Any major changes of significant impact to our users will be communicated on this website. By continuing to use Stamp Camera after those changes become effective, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised policy.
